Baraka Egyptian Arabian Horse Farm

.....is located in the heart of the Ouachita Mountains near Mena, Arkansas.  There are six individual paddocks, with large loafing sheds, and three large pastures on this 64 acres facility.  In addition, there is a 60' round pen and a 50 x 110 ft. exercise arena.  The rolling hills are great for keeping the horses in condition, and the healthy, clean mountain air and temperate climate allows them to be outside the year  'round.

The barn houses nine individual, 12 x 12 stalls which can convert at a moments notice to larger stalls for mares and foals.  There is a feed room, large wash bay and a tack room with a large window that looks into the 12 x 24 foaling stall for monitoring mares.

Horses are never crowded at Baraka Farm, but carefully paired according to age and temperament.  Outside mares are generally given their own paddock and/or stall.

The conception rate is high at Baraka Farm, and we believe this is partly due to the fact that the stallion (lower right photo) is housed outside, surrounded by his mares.

Visitors are always welcomed, by appointment.
