Request for videos to be mailed within the United States or Canada will only be honored if made by phone.  A U.S. postal charge of $6 will apply and may be paid by credit card.

International video requests are honored by email, if you can provide a credit card for Postal mailing (usually $12 USD or less) by fax or a FedEX number to cover the shipping fee.
