Akid Bint El Sareei - 1985 Bay, Kuhaylan Jellabiayah Mare.  Akid El Sareei x Akid Bint Fa Mona.  CLICK HERE to view her pedigree.  In my herd there is one special mare that is the heart and soul of the farm.  Sareei is that mare here at Baraka Farm.  She is one that reads my mind and responds to my every wish, yet is independent in nature.  Her extreme desert dryness and cat like, almost feral way of moving turns my daily task into a pleasant experience, a feast for my eyes.  I can never get enough of looking at this mare.  Sareei gave me my first foal, my first success - Baraka Aziz.  She is in foal to Ansata El Shahraf for a 2001 foal and is not for sale at any price.

Baraka Habeeba - 1996 Bay, Kuhaylan Jellabiayah Mare.  Anaza El Farid x Akid Bint El Sareei  CLICK HERE to view her pedigree.  Habeeba is a beautiful, animated individual that is coming into her own quickly.  She has a finely chiseled head, as would be expected given the desert qualities of her sire and dam.  We plan to breed her to Ansata El Shahraf for a 2001 foal.

Baraka Starziza - 1993 Gray Kuhaylan Jellabiayah Mare.  Imperial Imperor x Akid Bint El Sareei.   CLICK HERE to view her pedigree.  Star has the intelligence and intuitiveness of her mother, which among other qualities, has dug her way deep into my heart.  She is much like her full brother, Baraka Aziz in size and movement.  This very special mare met with an accident that rendered her blind and she is not for sale.  However, we may breed her to Ansata El Shahraf for a 2001 foal, which may possibly be offered for sale inutero.

Baraka Sulima - 1994 Gray, Kuhaylan Jellabiayah Mare.  Ansata Halim Shah x W Sudans Nafisa.  CLICK HERE to view her pedigree.  This fine, well balanced mare has an enviable pedigree consisting of the very best of Ansata bloodlines.  Her sire is the world renowned Ansata Halim Shah - winner of a  Junior World Champion title at the prestigeous Salon De Cheval Arabian Horse Show in Paris.  Her dam's sire is the U.S. National Champion Stallion, Ansata Ibn Sudan.  We have both Sulima and her dam for sale.  One will be kept after the sale of the other.

Marianah - 1993 Chestnut, Abbeyan Um Jurays Mare.  Desert Centaur x AK Malouma. CLICK HERE to view her pedigree.  Marianah is often a favorite among our visitors.  She has one of those short, deep jowled, turned up nose faces, complimented by a very long forelock and mane that screams femininity.  Marianah is compact in body and a real sweetheart.  We plan to breed her to Ansata El Shahraf for a 2002 foal.

VA Kasmira Bint Mahdia - 1996 Gray Mare.  Ansata Sinan x Mahdia Bint Malikah.  CLICK HERE to view her pedigree.  I love this young mare.  She is very tall, elegant and correct.  Her sweet disposition is but a compliment to her physical qualities.  Her sire, Ansata Sinan (photo on right) has been one of Europe's favorite sires.  He was European Champion in 1995 and Reserve World Champion Stallion at the Salon De Cheval in Paris.  Not For Sale.  She is in foal to Ansata El Shahraf for 2001.

W Sudan's Nafisa -1984 Gray Kuhaylan Jellabiayah Mare.  Ansata Ibn Sudan x Idaa.  CLICK HERE to view her pedigree.  Nafisa has all the elegance of the wonderful old horses of Ansata.  She is beautiful in body, mind and spirit.  I fell in love with her when I saw her first as a two year old.  Her sire is a U.S. National Champion stallion and her dam is a full sister to the immortal Babson mare and outstanding producer, Maarena.  Nafisa has a 2001 chestnut filly by Ansata El Shahraf, and will be bred back for a 2002 foal.

Zandai Fathia - 1995 Chestnut Hadban Enzahi Mare.  Anaza El Farid x Sultry.  CLICK HERE to view her pedigree.  Fathia was shown once and was Reserve Junior Champion mare, shown by an amateur in the ring for the first time.  She is a powerful, very bold, correct mare - quite an exceptional individual.  I am quite excited about the prospects of her first foal by Ansata El Shahraf.  With the combination of Sameh with Ibn Halima and Jamilll this has to be a winning formula.  She is not for sale.  UPDATE: Fathia produced a superb filly by Ansata El Shahraf on May 25, 2000!!  She will DEFINATELY be bred back to Ansata El Shahraf for 2002!  See her foal here.
